Session 1 | MOR ZOHAR | SYSTEM DESIGN
This session is led by Mor Zohar, a Growth Engineering Manager at Elementor, with over 15 years of experience in software development and engineering leadership across diverse organizations.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to consistently approach design system problems in a way that demonstrates senior-level thinking. We’ll focus on framing the problem, navigating trade-offs, and confident communication under ambiguity.
The techniques you’ll practice apply to any design system question and mirror how strong engineers lead architectural discussions in real teams.
Session 2 | Hila Riklin | HR INTERVIEW
This session is led by Hila Riklin, a Talent Acquisition Partner at Elementor, a leading global web creation platform, with extensive experience building diverse, high-impact tech teams.
In this practical workshop, Hila offers a candid, behind-the-scenes look at the HR interview process—covering challenging interview questions, what recruiters are really listening for, and how candidates can communicate their value with confidence. The session also includes actionable tips for creating a strong, authentic LinkedIn profile that stands out.
