​To mark the moment, we’re hosting an in-person co-working day designed for the builders behind the community, a space to sync directly with the Devcon team ahead of the big week.

​The day isn’t just about clearing your task list. It’s about closing the gap between global builders and core teams, aligning on the mission and strengthening the relationships that will shape what comes next.

12:00 PM - 12:30 PM : Devcon Office Hours ( The Devcon team will share what they are cooking around DevCon 8 )
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM : Show & Tell ( Quick 5-minute demos of what they are building )
1:30 PM - 2:00 PM : Final Sync (Polaroid Wall & Surprise, Group photo, closing words and "What's Next" for Devcon/Aya )
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM : Power Lunch & Networking
3:00 PM - 5:00 PM : Deep Build Session & Networking( Focused co-working. Play a "Vibe" playlist in the background )
