In this talk, Rob will describe how the role of the AI startup founder has changed over the last year. He'll also describe ways to hack the AI accelerator programs - as well as maximize token usage. Rob developed the AI accelerator programs at both AWS and Azure - and has a unique perspective on how these programs operate - and how to extract the highest and best outcomes from these programs.
