​This is a day for transformation leaders to go deep on AI, built around the two challenges that define the role right now: leading enterprise AI adoption across your organization, and embedding AI into the transformation office itself.

​The agenda runs the full arc: from how AI is reshaping organizational strategy and communications, to what good data foundations actually look like in practice, to the uncomfortable truth about why so many proofs of concept never make it to production.
