English Yoga Class in Toyohashi
About the Class
Experience a calming, all-English yoga class where you can relax, improve your yoga practice, and enhance your English skills in a welcoming environment. This session is perfect for those who want to unwind while immersing themselves in English. We’ll use yoga props, including blocks and belts/straps, to support your poses and make your practice more enjoyable.
I’ll bring the yoga props, so you don’t need to worry about those—just bring your personal items (see the list below).
英語で進める穏やかなヨガクラスで、リラックスしながらヨガと英語の練習を楽しめる環境をご提供します。英語に触れながらリラックスしたい方にぴったりのクラスです。ヨガブロックやベルト・ストラップなどの道具を使いながら、ポーズをサポートし、心地よい体験を提供します。
ヨガ用の道具（ブロックやベルトなど）はこちらでご用意しますので、ご自身で持ってくる必要はありません。必要な持ち物については、下記のリストをご確認ください。

Location: Fukukoka Community Center, Toyohashi City (Ground Floor, Japanese-style room)
場所：豊橋市 福岡校区市民館 (F1 和室)Price: ¥1500 70 minutes
料金：1500円 70分Arrival Time: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the class starts.
到着時間：クラス開始の5〜10分前にお越しください。What to bring: Yoga mat, towel, drink, and comfy clothes you can move easily in.
持ち物：ヨガマット、タオル、飲み物、動きやすい服装Mat rental: ¥500 (please request in advance)
ヨガマットレンタル：500円（事前にリクエストしてください）Cancellation Policy: Please notify me 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel your reservation.
キャンセルポリシー：キャンセルされる場合は、48時間前にご連絡ください。

Fukukoka Community Center Notes・福岡校区市民館でのご注意
Please change into slippers as soon as you enter. You’ll find slippers in the shoe rack immediately to your left when you come in.
入ってすぐ左側の下駄箱にあるスリッパに履き替えてください。Outdoor shoes are not allowed inside the building, so make sure to switch to slippers.
土足厳禁ですので、必ずスリッパに履き替えてください。

Q: Can I bring a friend or my partner?
友達やパートナーを連れて行ってもいいですか？

If your partner or a family member is joining, you can book together—just be sure to add an extra ticket.
If it’s a friend, I’d be grateful if they could make their own booking. You’re welcome to share the booking page with them!
