Intro Event: Welcome to OAISI!

​This is OAISI’s first event of Michaelmas term 2026, and the best place to start if you are new to us!

​We will cover what AI safety work involves; what OAISI ran last year; what we have planned this term; who is on the committee; and the specific ways you can get involved. That includes the Intro Fellowship, Technical Roundtable, our AI policy seminars, talks and socials running through the term, and more.

​Whether you have never thought about AI safety before or you’ve already come to our events last year, consider yourself invited!

​There will be free pizza afterwards, and time to meet OAISI’s committee and other attendees.

​Note: We are confirming the exact room and the location is subject to change. We will update things in advance once this is done.
