In our digital-first urban world, meaningful connection with new people is one of the strongest foundations of wellbeing. Yet it’s rare.
And we make "rare" happen more often.
Love is everywhere this month.
But very little of it teaches us how to actually stay connected to ourselves.
We won't explore dating strategies nor affirmations, we'll connect over what speaks to each of us.
What happens when you choose yourself and stop apologising for it?
Self-Love First, Not Selfish is an intimate InnerOn Social Atelier where we go deep into our own beliefs and thoughts over self-love.
This is a carefully held social experience in presence, curiosity and human connection.
What we’ll actually explore is self love that feels empowering yet safe to love one another once again. While social media comes with black and white narratives, we dive into the yellows and blues.
All conversations are guided through the InnerOn conversational game by our London City Host: a structured, culture-first format crafted by us to get past the small talk. It's a space where we discover new thoughts, new ways of looking at self-love and love in general.
Just honest conversations, held well.
