About Event

Get a rare introduction to how researchers record and analyze human neural activity during neurosurgical procedures.

Led by Zoë Paraskevopoulos, PhD, from the Milad Lankarany Lab at UHN, this interactive workshop will introduce bioelectric neural signals at different recording scales and show how they can advance neuroscience and clinical neurology.

You’ll then use entry-level Python tools and open-source human neural data to explore the fundamentals of signal processing and introductory analysis.

No previous Python, electrophysiology, or neuroscience experience is required. Students from all programs and years are welcome.
