Moonfire • Build Night Hackathon
Presenting a 3-hour hackathon for London’s builders, as part of Moonfire’s Build Night.
We’re selecting 30 builders to form 10 teams of three, tackling challenges set by our partners and portfolio companies.
This is a deliberately short, fast, and selective hackathon.
Teams will have access to frontier models, GPU compute, API credits, and partner tooling, with more sponsors still to be announced.
A group of judges spanning senior investors, leaders from frontier AI labs, and experienced technical operators will select the leading teams to take to the main stage and present what they’ve built to 300+ people from London’s builder ecosystem.
There will be prizes for the strongest builds, support from technical engineers throughout the evening, and multiple opportunities to meet the wider Build Night crowd.
Alongside the hackathon, we’ll be hosting a live builder workshop from Anthropic, followed by a fireside conversation with technologists from Anthropic and Google.
We’ll announce the challenges around two weeks before the event, alongside further partners, prizes, and technical resources.
You don’t need to be the most technical person in the room. We’re looking for people who are curious, inventive, and keen to build.
You can apply solo or as part of a team of up to three. If you apply individually, we’ll help with team matching. If you already know who you’d like to build with, each team member should apply and include the names of their teammates.
