A hands-on workshop for developers who want more capable agents without surrendering control of their work.
Bring your own machine, agentic setup, and even a real project. Over six hours, we will work directly with your workflows: identifying where your agents lose direction, improving how you provide context and feedback, and reducing the work they keep handing back to you.
This is not a day of slides or generic prompting advice. You will work on your own setup with practical coaching from developers working at the forefront of agentic development.
Together we will work on:
Reviewing your current agentic setup and workflow
Identifying recurring hand-backs, bottlenecks, and context failures
Giving agents clearer goals, constraints, and verification surfaces
Managing attention without constantly supervising every step
Building feedback loops that make agents more reliable
Applying the techniques directly to your own project
You will leave with:
A clearer model of where human agency matters
Improvements you have already applied to your own workflow
A practical approach to context, attention, and verification
Concrete next steps for developing your agentic practice
Who is this for?
Developers already using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, or Pi, and technically curious builders who want to move beyond one-shot prompting.
You do not need an elaborate multi-agent system. You should be comfortable working in a codebase and willing to bring a real workflow or project to improve.
Practical details
The workshop will be held in English and Danish. Lunch is provided, and you can use any agentic development tool.
