Minority Women in Sports Leadership Summit

​The Minority Women in Sports Leadership Summit is an in-person experience designed for young professionals, students, and emerging leaders committed to leadership growth and career advancement through meaningful engagement with industry leaders.

​The summit convenes a powerful network of women and girls of color from across the sports ecosystem, intentionally creating space for shared learning, mentorship, and collective progress. More than a series of conversations, it is a space for authentic relationship-building and strategic insight—offering access, visibility, and connection in a field where relationships and proximity often shape opportunity.
