AI Skills Lab: Claude Cowork - Hire Your First AI Assistant
Think of Claude Cowork as a new hire, not a tool. You give it a role, access to your systems, and a set of duties, and it does the work. It takes on a job, uses your email and calendar, produces real deliverables, and runs tasks on its own.
In this workshop you see it in action. Live demonstrations of what Cowork can actually do, so you leave knowing what to put it to work on first.
You will see how Cowork can:
Learn your business, your voice, and how you work
Work from your email and calendar
Produce real deliverables like documents, decks, and spreadsheets
Run scheduled tasks on its own while you do other work
Be extended with specialist skills and plugins for your workflow
This is a demonstration workshop, so you watch and learn rather than build on the spot. After the session you get a setup video to build your own assistant, plus a one-hour group office hours the following week to work through your questions.
Who it is for: Business owners and executives who are comfortable with AI and ready for the next level of what it can do. Intermediate level.
