Alongside the BioTechX conference in Basel, at this invite-only roundtable we'll explore a critical question: we model the technology, but are we adequately modelling the workforce risk beneath it?
Senior executives spanning data, analytics, AI, digital, operations and finance will examine how workforce capability, knowledge dependencies and decision bottlenecks affect AI adoption, operational performance and investment returns.
The session will be interactive and peer-led. Contributions will inform an industry research paper.
