Join @dileks.yogalife at the Maitri Yoga Studio in Munster, Germany for a mini yoga retreat! We'll start off the day with a vinyasa flow and guided meditation. Following yoga and meditation, we'll have a discussion on bringing your yoga practice off the mat with healthy snacks and tea!
