Assumption of Risk: You understand that CRAWLSPACE LA (VIGNES ARTS) and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or theft that may occur while you or your guests are using the facility. This includes any personal injury or damage to personal property.
Building Regulations: You agree not to access the roof of the building, bring dogs or other pets into the space, or smoke on the premises. You also agree not to use the elevator (without the assistance of a resident) and to ENSURE THAT THE FRONT GATE STAYS CLOSED AT ALL TIMES to maintain security.
Unique Nature of the Building: You acknowledge that the building may have unique features and conditions that require extra caution. You agree to take all necessary precautions to avoid any damage to the space.
Responsibility for Damages: You are responsible for any damage to the space or its contents that occurs during your use. CRAWLSPACE LA (VIGNES ARTS) reserves the right to bill you for any repairs or cleaning required as a result of your use. Additionally, CRAWLSPACE LA reserves the right to ban you from future use of the facility if you fail to meet these responsibilities.
Event-Specific Requirement: If you are renting the space for an event that has not been curated by the resident curators of CRAWLSPACE LA, you agree to provide your own door person to manage entry and ensure the security of the event and KEEP GATE CLOSED.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRAWLSPACE LA, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the facility.
Photo and Video Release: You consent to photos and videos being taken of you and your guests while in the space. You grant CRAWLSPACE LA the right to use these images and recordings for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials.
