We’ll explore why observability and evaluation for agents are fundamentally different from what most software teams are used to, and why traces become the primary source of truth when you start building agentic systems. We'll also dive into how OneTrust is building AI-native systems at scale.
The evening will feature two sessions:
AI Native at OneTrust — Anil Jagarlamudi, SVP of Engineering at OneTrust will share how OneTrust is embedding AI-driven practices across their engineering organization and what it means to build AI-native systems at scale.
Agent Observability Powers Agent Evaluation — Christine Manegan, Deployed Engineer at LangChain will cover how production traces enable both offline and online evaluation, and walk through the core primitives of agent observability, including runs, traces, and threads. We'll show how teams use them together to iteratively improve agent behavior with LangSmith.
