Lisa practised business design at IDEO — the discipline that sits between the design work and the P&L — and before that shaped and funded large-scale education programmes at the Gates Foundation.
She now runs Fraîche in Paris, advising organisations on innovation and how they're built to work. With an MBA from Berkeley and a Master of Design from CCA, she talks about design the way founders think: business models, organisational dynamics, and the economics underneath the work.
