Green & Bold: Careers, Entrepreneurship, and the Female Perspective on the Climate Crisis
Climate change is THE challenge of our time - and women are often at the forefront of shaping the responses to it, while simultaneously grappling with additional structural hurdles: from fundraising gaps to care work that makes climate activism more difficult.
Femella, Munich Climate Week and Women in Climate Tech are teaming up to host an evening that showcases the diverse career paths available in the climate sector - as a founder, in corporate roles, in research, or as an investor. We’ll discuss concrete pathways into the climate economy, what it takes to start a business in this field, and why climate action presents unique challenges for women - structurally, financially, and culturally.
Bring your questions, your network, and your curiosity. We’re looking forward to exciting panel discussions, honest dialogue, and plenty of opportunities to network.
