​The evening will begin with a fireside chat featuring Paola Telfer, Founder & CEO of Sens.ai, followed by intentional networking.

​This fireside chat will explore what it takes to lead at a high level in the age of AI and increasing cognitive demand. From gamma brainwave training as a leadership advantage to the neurological realities of perimenopause, Paola Telfer brings neuroscience into practical focus. The conversation also highlights a rethinking of how we invest our time and energy (aesthetics vs. brain health), and why prioritizing the organ that drives everything else is essential for sustained performance, clarity, and longevity.

​Paola Telfer is the Founder and CEO of Sens.ai, a pioneering neurotechnology company focused on advancing brain health, performance, and mental wellbeing. A trained electrical engineer with an MBA in technology management, Paola blends deep technical expertise with a passion for human potential.

​Her journey into neurotechnology was sparked by a personal recovery experience, inspiring her to make advanced brain training accessible beyond clinical settings. Today, she leads Sens.ai in developing innovative tools that help individuals enhance focus, resilience, and cognitive performance.
