​Elise Baturone is a Junior Software Engineer at Criteo on the Platform Experience team, which simplifies how developers interact with Criteo's internal platform services.

​There, they work on the company's Internal Developer Platform, improving discoverability and enabling self-service workflows so that developers can build, deploy, and manage applications more efficiently.

​Graduates of the software engineering school EPITA, they did both of their internships at Criteo, the second with the same team that hired them full-time in 2025.

​Having started their career alongside AI coding agents, they are particularly interested in how Juniors can use such tools to move faster without skipping the learning that makes them better engineers.

​Fatma Bouzghaia is a Site Reliability Engineer at Criteo, where she works on large-scale distributed systems and data platforms supporting global production environments.

​Since joining Criteo in 2021, she has focused on reliability engineering, scalability, observability, and operational excellence for critical infrastructure services.

​She specializes in distributed databases and cloud-native architectures, with extensive experience operating high-performance platforms at scale.

​Fatma is passionate about resilient system design, infrastructure automation, and building reliable services for complex production ecosystems.

​She holds a double engineering degree in Computer Science and Distributed Systems Architecture from École Nationale des Sciences de l'Informatique (ENSI) and IMT - Télécom SudParis.
