Self-Design - How to Build Agency in Your Career
Details
Join a casual conversation with Fonz Morris, Product Designer, Author and Speaker for a real talk about designing your career and identity on your own terms.
Self-design isn't about following a prescribed path, it's about the small choices and big pivots we make to stay aligned with who we're becoming. We'll talk about your struggles, recent experiences, ask questions, and share what's working (and what isn't).
Topics we'll cover
✨ How to navigate growth, transitions, and reinvention without waiting for permission
✨ Building agency when structures feel rigid or unclear
✨ How to separate your identity from your title or company
✨ Making intentional choices about growth direction
✨ Designing your path when the map doesn't exist yet
