In Her Company - A dinner for women and non-binary founders and Leaders building ambitious businesses
Building a company is lonely work, and more so when the room rarely looks like you. So we're setting a table. A long table, a shared Filipino feast, wine poured for the table, and the kind of conversation that only happens when it's you and people who get it.
We're doing this at Hap Cafe x Events, a female-founded space built for exactly this kind of night. Finding somewhere that could host twenty of us properly, with food and drinks, for under $150 a head took some doing. Hap came in at $89. The food is genuinely good (I have them cater our IWD events), so we're eating well, drinking well, and putting money behind a founder worth backing.

A Filipino-inspired shared dinner, served family style:
Crispy lumpia (Filipino spring rolls) with house dipping sauce
Chargrilled eggplant and mango salsa on a bed of java rice
Pancit noodles with chicken
Chargrilled prawns
Pickled papaya salad
Seasonal dessert to share, this month our Ube Tiramisu
Wine is included, with bottles on the table to share, roughly four glasses per person.
