Vibe Coding with Base44 — Computer Science Department Visit

Vibe Coding with Base44: From Prompt to Published App
A hands-on session for the Department of Computer Science

AI is changing how software is built. Developers now spend less time typing code and more time directing AI, shaping data and checking results. This session gives Computer Science students a practical head start with that new way of working.

Led by Jesse Jobs Avaachia, Base44 Ambassador and CEO of Smart Tech Innovation Africa, the 3-hour session starts with a short talk on what vibe coding is and why it matters for your career. Next comes a live demo, building a complete app in Base44 from a single prompt. Then the lab begins: every student builds and publishes their own app, with mentors on hand to help.
