General rules of the gathering

• ​This is a container for humans identifying as women and/or nb.

• ​This is a mystic space. We allow ourselves to experience without building ideologies around it.

• ​We wait at the meeting spot for 7 minutes for the latecomers. (I’ll keep my location on for another 30 minutes if anyone is late more than that, but I will not reply to texts).

• ​All the activities are voluntary.

• ​Phones are on aeroplane mode or do not disturb while in the forest.

​Menu of practices (the energy of the group will determine the flow and which items serve us best, you’re welcome to set an intention towards a specific one.🫶🏻)

• ​Recognition of your sacred yes and no

• ​Intimate encounters with trees

• ​Vocal activation as grounding practice

• ​Gaining clarity using your own voice

• ​Burying the energetic wheel locks

• ​Sharing circle to debrief

• ​Whatever item you’re called to

• ​Warmer clothes just in case
