About Event

For small businesses and startups, customer acquisition is rarely as simple as getting the word out. The real challenge is figuring out which audiences to prioritize, what messages will resonate, and how to turn limited time and resources into sales. AI can help you approach these decisions with greater focus and confidence.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to use AI to develop a more focused go-to-market (GTM) strategy, pressure-test your customer assumptions, and turn research into actionable marketing decisions.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Build strategic framework: Learn what goes into a basic GTM strategy (audience, value props, messaging, marketing plan, measurement)

  • Identify your target market: Develop a short list of audience groups your business can go after, using AI to pressure-test your hypotheses and build out robust personas

  • Begin to develop value props and messaging: Identify talking points that resonate with your target audience group(s)

  • Review best practices for AI-assisted research: Go beyond basic questions to find follow-up prompts that allow you to get more specific, nuanced insights
