​Pumpkins, wine & an evening with the Palomino girls. 🤎

​Join us at Helina Marie’s Wine Bar in Star for a cozy evening of pumpkin decoupage, wine tasting (NA options), and good company. Pull on your favorite fall sweater and settle in for a little time to create, catch up, and meet someone new.

​Decoupage is a centuries-old decorative art that uses layers of beautiful paper to transform everyday objects into something entirely their own. The technique became especially popular throughout Europe in the 17th and 18th centuries, when intricate paper designs were used to mimic the look of hand-painted decoration.

​For the evening, you’ll each have your own resin pumpkin to decorate, along with a collection of beautiful patterned papers and everything you’ll need to make it your own. I’ll guide everyone through the decoupage process from start to finish, so no experience is needed.

​And, of course, we’ll have the choice of either wine or NA drinks to sip while we create—a flight of two reds and two whites or 3 NA drinks of choice is included with your ticket.

​Additional drinks can be ordered and paid for separately. Food is not served here, but some light bites will be provided and you can bring whatever snacks you would like.

​Come alone or bring a friend—there’s a place for you at our table. No crafting experience needed.

​Only 25 tickets available. This gathering is for women 21+ only, as we’ll be meeting at a wine bar. Please bring a valid photo ID.

​By purchasing a ticket to this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

​All Sales Are Final
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please double-check the event date, time, and details before purchasing. The Palomino Society is not responsible for missed attendance due to illness, scheduling conflicts, weather, transportation issues, or other personal circumstances.

​Age Requirement
This event is for women ages 21+ only. A valid photo ID is required for alcohol service. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee alcohol service if you are unable to provide valid identification or if the venue determines that alcohol should not be served to you.

​Alcohol & Personal Responsibility
Alcohol consumption is completely optional. By choosing to consume alcohol, you accept responsibility for your own consumption, behavior, transportation, and safety. Please drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation when necessary. The venue reserves the right to refuse alcohol service in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

​Liability & Assumption of Risk
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with participation, including those related to crafting materials, food and beverage consumption, allergic reactions, personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or property damage. To the extent permitted by law, you agree not to hold The Palomino Society, its owner, hosts, participating venues, vendors, partners, or representatives responsible for claims arising from your participation except where liability cannot legally be waived.

​Food, Beverage & Allergies
Please notify the venue directly of any food allergies or dietary concerns before ordering additional food or beverages. The Palomino Society cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and is not responsible for food or beverages prepared or served by the venue.

​Photography & Videography
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge that photography and videography may take place. You grant The Palomino Society permission to photograph and/or record you during the gathering and to use that content for social media, promotional materials, its website, and other Palomino Society marketing without additional compensation.

​Event Changes
Event details are subject to reasonable change when circumstances outside of our control require it. In the unlikely event that The Palomino Society cancels the gathering entirely, ticket holders will be contacted regarding available options.
