About Event

Join us for an afternoon hackathon where innovators, students, and builders come together to explore the future of multi-agent AI systems. Using Azure AI Foundry, participants will design and deploy intelligent, collaborative AI agents tackling real-world problems. In just one day, teams will compete to build commercially viable, high-impact solutions—while showcasing the transformative potential of agentic AI development.

Challenge Area

This hackathon will focus on Logistics, Robotics, and Manufacturing. Teams will explore how multi-agent AI systems can:

  • Optimize supply chains, workflows, and routing in logistics.

  • Enable smarter robotics for automation and real-time decision-making.

  • Advance manufacturing processes through collaborative, agent-driven systems.

Tools & Technology

  • Azure AI Foundry for multi-agent orchestration

  • Microsoft’s agentic development frameworks

  • Access to APIs, datasets, and developer tools provided during the event

Event Schedule

  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM | Orientation & Lunch
Welcome, keynote on multi-agent systems, and Azure AI Foundry orientation

  • 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Hacking Sprint
Teams form and build with mentorship support from Microsoft engineers and industry experts

  • 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Judging & Awards Ceremony
Teams present solutions to judges and winners are announced

  • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Networking Happy Hour & Dinner
Celebrate the day’s innovations and connect with fellow participants

Judging Criteria

Projects will be evaluated on three key dimensions:

  1. Impact of Industry Use Case (by Dollars): The potential scale and commercial relevance of the solution within logistics, robotics, or manufacturing.

  2. Responsible & Ethical AI: The extent to which the project incorporates safeguards, compliance, and ethical considerations in AI agent design.

  3. Completeness of Product: How robust, functional, and polished the prototype is within the limited hackathon timeframe.

Prizes

  • $500 Grand Prize for the team with the most complete, commercially viable solution demonstrating the highest impact

Food & Networking

We’ll keep you energized with lunch at kickoff and a networking dinner + happy hour after judging to celebrate the day’s innovations and foster new connections.

Who Should Join

  • Students in STEM, computer science, and data-focused majors

  • Founders and early-stage builders looking to experiment with multi-agent systems

  • Developers, data scientists, and technologists curious about the future of collaborative AI
