About the Workshop

​​This in-studio workshop is designed for photographers who want to slow down, sharpen their eye, and understand why an image works, not just how to make it.

​​We’ll focus on creating clean, intentional studio portraits by breaking down light, subject placement, camera decisions, and subtle adjustments that elevate a frame. This is less about complicated setups and more about control, confidence, and repeatable process.

​​You’ll see how small choices in lighting, distance, and direction can completely change the final image.

• How to read and shape light on a subject
• Working with a model in real time
• Camera settings and decision-making in studio
• Making adjustments on the fly
• Seeing problems before they show up in post
