Zayne's Birthday Celebration

​Come celebrate our lovely snowmans birthday with us at Freshly Leaf on September 5th-6th!

​Note: Anytime during the event, attendees may take photos or do activities. The stamp rally activity will start when the event opens, and guests will give their finished card to the Orbiting table.

​📸 Polaroid photos will be taken during the event! Guests will receive 1 Polaroid photo to take home until our stock lasts!

​Event Flow:

​12:00pm - 1:00pm: Welcome in! Feel free to explore the venue, take photos with our cosplayers, buy from vendors, start the stamp rally, play hunter bingo with other hunters, or buy our special menu items!

​Stamp rally prizes: 5 raffle tickets

​1:00pm - 1:30pm: Zayne quiz bowl! Get a question about Zayne and try to get it right!

​Rewards:

​Correct answer - 3 raffle tickets!

​Wrong answer - 1 raffle ticket!

​1:30pm - 2:00pm (❄️ RSVP for a better idea of how many people will be here): Snowflake making AND cupcake decorating stations open! Create your own snowflake and give it to the Orbiting table to have your art hung up! Decorate your own cupcake and take photos and eat it! Our cosplayers may be coming around to interact with you during this time!

​2:00pm - 2:30pm: Cosplayer break time!

​2:30pm - 3:15pm: Birthday cupcake photos with cosplayers - cupcakes will be given to the cosplayers with a candle, guests can take photos with the cosplayers holding their cupcake

​3:15pm- 3:30pm: birthday song! Sing 'Happy Birthday' to our Zayne cosplayers!

​3:30pm - 4:00 pm: 2nd Cosplayer Break!

​4:00pm - 4:30pm: Raffle time! Each day will get 2 raffle prizes for guests to win! Winners will get their photos taken for the Orbiting MN Instagram page!

​4:30pm - 5:00pm: Last minute photos, activities or vendor purchases.
