Former Global HR Director | Travel Advisor & Mentor for Asian American Women
Before travel, Rox was a Global HR Director in Financial Services—big title, big salary, and very little flexibility. As a Vietnamese Australian mother of three, her life revolved around meetings, flights she didn’t choose, and constant trade-offs with family.
Travel was the one place she felt like herself. She was already planning, researching, and optimizing trips—she just wasn’t getting paid for it.
When Rox realized she could build income in travel without quitting overnight or starting from scratch, everything changed. She built her travel business alongside her corporate role, then transitioned out strategically and on her own terms.
Today, she mentors Asian American women who want more flexibility, more options, and a Plan B that fits around real life—helping them build smarter travel experiences and flexible income streams rooted in culture, strategy, and freedom.
