📌 About the Event
Every product person is haunted by something. The feature nobody used. The launch that took the site down. The six month bet that died in a single meeting.
This month we are turning the lights off and telling those stories properly. No polished retro decks. Just product leaders admitting, out loud, what went wrong and what it cost them.
We will start with a fireside chat, then break into a Speed Scare round: rapid-fire one-on-ones with conversation starters designed to reopen old wounds. Think speed dating, except the icebreaker is "describe your worst product launch".
Note: we usually have ±70 attendees (product managers, designers, engineers and other roles too). The location is close to Centraal Station.
