BeingHR is inviting HR professionals across all cities to join us as Chapter Volunteers, where each BeingHR chapter functions with its own dedicated core team driving local HR engagement, learning, and experiences.
This is your opportunity to co-create your city’s HR ecosystem while being part of a strong national HR community.
Chapter-Based Volunteer Model
Each BeingHR chapter will have its own independent team, responsible for planning, executing, and growing HR initiatives in their respective city.
You will volunteer for your local chapter, while being aligned to the larger BeingHR vision and framework.
Who Can Join?
We are looking for HR professionals who:
Are working in HR or people functions
Want to actively contribute to their city’s HR community
Believe in collaboration, learning, and peer engagement
Can commit time for community and chapter activities
Are comfortable working as part of a local core team
All experience levels are welcome. Passion and intent matter most.
Chapter Team Structure (Indicative)
Each city chapter may have:
Chapter Lead
Events & Experiences Lead
Community & Engagement Lead
Partnerships & Speaker Coordination Lead
Content & Communications Lead
Volunteer & Academia Engagement Lead
Final roles will be assigned based on interest, capability, and availability.

Curating HR meetups, conclaves, workshops, and networking evenings
Managing local HR community engagement and communication
Coordinating speakers, partners, and attendees
Supporting on-ground and virtual BeingHR events
Strengthening connections between industry, academia, and HR talent
Representing BeingHR in your city with professionalism and purpose
