

Brooklyn Bugs - Spring Metamorphosis - March 19th
What a great joy to be hosting Spring Metamorphosis: A Thirteen Course Tasting on March 19th with our friends at Lightning Lofts in Brooklyn! I’m so excited to share new dishes I’ve been developing, and in all honesty, there will most likely be seventeen dishes as I’m having difficulty in narrowing the menu down to just thirteen items.
Everything served will be vegetarian based, with the addition of edible insects ranging from crickets to ants to cicadas to mealworms - thoughtfully and deliciously incorporated into each dish. We will announce the full menu next week, but trust that there’ll be plenty of scrumptious savory dishes, and delectable desserts.
We apologize that we won't be able to make menu substitutions for this event, but there will be a focus to provide an entirely vegetarian+bugs, and gluten free menu.

715pm Doors Close (unless you make specific arrangements to arrive later with organizer)
