We're done with networking events that feel like work.
You know the ones, a panel you half-listen to, a room full of people you already know, and a vague sense that you could've just sent an email. We wanted something better.
So we're trying something different: a small, intimate sauna session designed for real founder conversations. No pitches. No slides. Just 25–30 female founders, mild heat, and the kind of honesty that's hard to find in a conference room.
(Science backs this up. Heat exposure genuinely increases divergent thinking. It's a surprisingly good setting for the conversations that actually matter.)

There are also private saunas if you want a quieter 1:1 or just five minutes of silence. We get it.
Why keep it small?
We're capping this at 25–30 founders so it stays a conversation, not a crowd. Expect a warm, pre-qualified group, people who are genuinely in the thick of building.
At the end there’s a bit of time to hang out, chat, and meet people without it feeling forced.
There's showers so you can go straight to the office from there.
Tickets are £15, which just covers the sauna. We’re not making any money from this !
