Soteria eLearning Talent Accelerator (SETA)-Hiring Partners Application Form
WHAT IS SETA?
The Soteria eLearning Talent Accelerator (SETA) is a strategic initiative designed to solve the critical skills gap in the Learning & Development (L&D) sector.
Over a 12-week intensive bootcamp (January 19 – April 2026), SETA will identify, screen, and train 100 high-potential individuals across five specialized tracks.
Unlike traditional academic courses, SETA is an industry-first accelerator that prioritizes practical application, tool mastery, and job readiness.
THE PROBLEM WE DISCOVERED
Organizations transitioning to digital-first learning ecosystems face a significant challenge as the demand for skilled Learning & Development professionals outpaces supply, with university graduates often lacking practical skills in essential tools, recruitment costs for specialized talent being high, and new hires requiring 3-6 months of internal training before reaching full productivity, highlighting the industry's need for professionals who are immediately capable of designing, developing, and managing learning solutions.
THE SOLUTION SETA PROVIDES
SETA is more than just a training program; it is a Talent Engine designed to equip individuals with the skills necessary for immediate success in the Learning & Development industry.
Over a 12-week hybrid course, participants undergo a rigorous, project-based learning approach that includes mentorship and a capstone defense.
The program accepts only the top 10% of applicants, with a three-stage merit-based screening process: digital readiness check, aptitude testing, and behavioral screening.
The agile, market-driven curriculum focuses on hands-on tool proficiency, real-world scenarios, and soft skills development. Delivered by active industry practitioners, SETA ensures participants learn the their careers.
