Important Update Regarding the May 23 Seminar
Due to circumstances outside of our control, the hotel originally scheduled to host the event informed us that they would not be able to properly accommodate our seminar, and we also learned that parking for attendees would be very limited. We never want our guests to struggle with parking or deal with unnecessary inconvenience when attending one of our events.
Because of this, we have made the decision to move the event to a different venue so we can ensure a better experience for everyone attending.
At this time, we are doing our best to keep the original May 23 date, however we cannot guarantee that the date will remain the same while we finalize the new venue.
We will keep the event page active and updated, and as soon as the venue and date are confirmed, we will share the update there so everyone stays informed.
While we truly hoped to keep everything exactly as planned, our priority is always to create a comfortable, enjoyable, and well-organized experience for our guests, and we felt this was the best decision moving forward.

What is Oléa?
Oléa is the wellness, education, and community branch of OM. Oléa is a community for women in workers’ compensation and focuses on bringing women together through educational seminars, retreats, and events that support professional growth and personal well-being.

What is the Oléa Spring Reset?
The Oléa Spring Reset is a one-day, hands-on seminar designed exclusively for women in workers’ compensation. (Previously the ME INC Retreat.)
This seminar is structured differently than past years and includes more hands-on activities and interactive experiencesfor all attendees.
Spring Reset by Oléa is designed to help you step into the new season feeling grounded, refreshed, and re-energized.
Join us for a full day of hands-on workshops, wellness sessions, leadership discussions, interactive activities, and special surprises throughout the day.
Who Attends the Seminar?
Attendance is free for:
• Risk managers
• Adjusters
• Nurses
• Other professionals who handle claims
Service providers are welcome to attend by purchasing a ticket or sponsoring.
What Is the Format of the Seminar?
The seminar includes multiple hands-on workshops and interactive sessions throughout the day. Seating is limited to maintain the quality of the experience, and this event does sell out.
Will CEU Credits Be Available?
Yes. CEU credits will be available. Attendees can earn continuing education credits while participating in approved educational workshops.
