Navigating A Career in BCI : A Precision Neuroscience x NeuroNYC Event | September 10
Interested in breaking into neurotechnology but not sure where to start? Join NeuroNYC and Precision Neuroscience for an evening focused on building a career in one of the fastest-growing frontiers in science and medicine: brain-computer interfaces.
Joel Greengrass, Chief People Officer at Precision Neuroscience, will be joining us to talk about designing your career in neurotech. Personal brand, elevator pitches, networking, and how to find your footing in a field that's still being built. Whether you're a student figuring out your next move or an early-career professional trying to break in, this one's worth showing up for.
Following Joel's presentation will be a Q&A from leaders on Precision's team (TBA!) with their story on how they entered the field and their advice for students, early-career professionals, and anyone looking to enter neurotechnology. This is an opportunity to learn directly from leaders shaping the future of neurotechnology—and to connect with others doing the same.
The event will be hosted by our venue sponsor Brown Rudnick, LLP. Secure your ticket to receive the exact location details.
NeuroNYC, the group behind this event, is a collaboration of neurotech enthusiasts from many of the exciting neurotech companies now headquartered in NYC including OpenBCI, Synchron, Precision, Sharper Sense, NeuraLenz, and Invictus BCI. We are all excited by the growth of neurotech in NYC but felt there was a lack of events promoting communication between the different neurotech companies, labs, and investors. We are hoping various events will help fill that void. Moreover, we're looking for more members to join and more companies/labs/investors who are excited to host future happy hours in the series!
