Prototyping with AI: From Idea to Product
Learn AI by building, not just talking.
Ever wanted to turn an idea into a working prototype—without touching a line of code?
This class shows you how. In a small, hands-on session (capped at just 6 people), we’ll work step-by-step through building and shipping your first prototype with Cursor and GitHub—pushing it live on Vercel so you walk away with something you can actually click, share, and test.
What you’ll do:
Get your setup ready (don’t worry, I’ll walk you through it)
Use simple prompts in Cursor to generate the code for you
Save your project (in Github) so you always have a version you can return to and build on
Put your prototype live on the web (with Vercel) so you can click, share, and test it instantly
Who this class is for
This class is built for designers, product managers, and founders who have ideas but don't know how to turn them into working prototypes—and want to learn by doing, not just watching.
You're a good fit if:
You have zero coding experience and that's been holding you back from building
You want to test ideas quickly without waiting on engineers or learning to code
You're curious about AI but don't know where to start beyond ChatGPT conversations
You see the product landscape changing and want hands-on skills, not just theory
You're an entrepreneur who needs to get that first prototype in front of users
Your company is pushing AI adoption and you need a practical starting point
You don't need to be a developer. You just need to be willing to try, follow along, and be okay with learning something new.
What you'll need
Before class
A computer (Mac or PC)
A Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus subscription
Free Accounts: GitHub and Vercel (for publishing live prototypes)
Figma (full seat professional)
Vercel (for publishing live prototypes)
A 1:1 pre-class set up call - I'll walk you through installing some vital software. This prep work is crucial so we can spend class time building, not troubleshooting.
By the end of the afternoon, you’ll have your first AI-built product running online.
It’s a taste of how product work is shifting, with AI as a coding partner. And with just 5 seats, it’s designed to stay intimate, focused, and collaborative.
