🎤 Beyond the Ping Pong Table: Measuring Culture ROI
Hosted by Sparks ⚡️ + Friends
📍 Tank Stream Labs level 6 | 🗓 15th May | ⏰ 6:30PM–8:30PM |
💡 Why do some teams thrive — and others just vibe?
Welcome to a night where we ditch the buzzwords and get real about what actually shapes culture inside startups and scaleups. From high-growth founders to People & Culture leads to the legends behind tools like Culture Amp, this is a no-BS look at what actually drives belonging, trust, and retention.
We’re not talking ping pong tables, kombucha taps, or all-hands slides.
We’re talking about:
Why some people stay, and some don’t
What culture actually feels like on the ground
The invisible moments that make or break your team
What you can (and can’t) measure
And how to create cultural flywheels that last
