Performance Forum — Trader & Role Evaluation
SHORT DESCRIPTION
We’re hosting a private, in-person performance forum for traders applying to work with us.
Selected candidates will be evaluated for funded trading, a trading role, or another position within the company.
This is not a meetup, course, or competition.
EVENT DESCRIPTION
This Performance Forum is part of our ongoing hiring process.
Selected candidates will be invited to our Miami-area office for a one-on-one evaluation with the CEO.
Each candidate is reviewed individually. There are no group sessions.
We’re not looking for presentations or polished pitches.
We’re looking at how you think, manage risk, and make decisions under pressure.
Profitability matters, but it’s not enough on its own.
WHAT TO EXPECT
If selected, you’ll be scheduled for a private session (around 2–2.5 hours).
The session may include:
A discussion of how you trade and manage risk
Questions around decision-making and discipline
Observing live or simulated trading behavior
An internal review after the session
Based on the evaluation, possible outcomes include:
A funded trading opportunity
A trading or trading-related role
Or moving forward to the next stage of the process
There are no guaranteed offers.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Attendance is by invitation only
Candidates are scheduled one at a time
Parts of the day may be recorded for internal review
Any public use of footage requires your approval after the evaluation
Choosing not to be recorded does not affect the outcome.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
This is for candidates who:
Are applying for a trading or trading-related role
Already trade with defined rules and risk limits
Are comfortable being evaluated in person
Are not looking for signals, coaching, or guaranteed results
