About Event

A shared practice of slowing down, turning inward and giving yourself space to notice what is present.

Throughout the session, Josh will prepare and serve tea while guiding you through simple meditative prompts. We’ll drink together in periods of silence, using tea as an anchor to return to as the mind settles and our attention moves inward.

There will be small openings for optional sharing and listening throughout the evening. You’re welcome to speak when it feels helpful, or simply remain quiet and listen. Nothing is forced and there is no particular state we are trying to reach.

Tea Meditation is less about clearing the mind and more about creating the time to notice it. A moment to step away from doing, reconnect with yourself and sit with whatever is already there
