​This sound healing is an inverted party: people come together to slow down, lie down, and rest.

​No talking. No performing. No effort.

​Just sound, vibration, and space for your nervous system to soften.

​What Will Happen

​You’ll arrive and settle into a comfortable lying position.

​The lights dim. The room becomes quiet.

​As the session begins, layers of sound gently unfold — crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, and subtle frequencies.

​The sounds swirl, pulse, and flow through the body, guiding your system out of “doing mode” and into deep rest.

​You may feel:

  • ​Your breath slows down

  • ​tension melting away

  • ​a sense of floating, grounding, or gentle release

​There’s nothing to focus on or fix.

​Practical Details

  • ​ Come as you are

  • ​Yoga mat, 2 blocks and a blanket provided

​

​We recommend:

  • ​Wearing comfortable clothes

  • ​Bringing anything that helps you feel cosy (pillow, extra layer)

  • ​Limiting caffeine (ideally after 2:00 PM CET)

  • ​Knowing you’ll be lying down for most of the session
