Full Moon Flow: An Embodiment Workshop ✨
This July full moon, the Buck Moon, is about claiming your crown. It is a time of transformation, strength, and stepping into your personal power.
How can you harness this energy? Dance.
Dance is a way to touch the divine. A sacred path to the unknown. A way back to our essence. To our crowns.
This intimate, guided workshop, is designed for us to slow down, connect with ourselves, with each other, and with spirit. Limited to 12 spots.
In this workshop, you will alchemize stagnant energy, tune into what wants to be called forth, and generate something new through dance.
You will be guided to feel your movement from the inside.
Slowing down enough to feel the softness of your skin, the pleasure of spiraling your hips. Attuning to the movements that feels yummy, easeful, risky, silly for you. Experiencing joy that bubbles up and rises in giggles and outstretched hands.
This is a community practice. When we dance together, we rightfully reclaim our place in the whole: the reciprocal flow of receiving inspiration from others, and sharing our own energy with the collective. We stretch ourselves past our shame, and touch what our hearts yearn for: freedom, love, and belonging.
