The original Bulgarian crypto community — Sofia Crypto Meetup — was founded on January 27, 2016.
Since then, we've been through it all.
96+ meetups!
We've ridden the waves of peak crypto euphoria and endured the darkest bear markets. We've debated prices, but more importantly, we've dived deep into the technology behind it all.
We've gathered in various spots across Sofia: Betahaus, Bar The White, Cosmos co-working, Puzl CowOrKing, Barter Community Hub, and Build Rooms.
Through every high and low, one thing has remained constant: we keep coming together - to discuss, share, learn, and support each other, no matter what.
Both we and the crypto industry have evolved tremendously over the past decade.
On January 28, 2026, we officially turn 10.
And on January 29, we celebrate, in style!
The first Sofia Crypto Meetup of 2026 will be truly special: an exclusive private anniversary party for our community, held in a fantastic club right in the center of Sofia (hint: very close to NDK).

A short on-stage session at the start, where we'll share the latest news and highlights
Free drinks and signature cocktails — all night long!
Catering and delicious sweets
Live music to kick things off, followed by our own DJ taking requests and playing whatever the crowd wants
