

A Mindful Year-End Gathering
The year is almost over.
And somewhere between deadlines, holiday stress, and the pressure to "finish strong," you might be craving something different: a moment to actually feel what this year was like. To honour what happened. To let yourself rest in the space between endings and new beginnings.
This evening is that moment.
We're gathering at slows for three hours of gentle reflection, embodied practice, and genuine connection. No productivity talk. No "New Year, New You" pressure. Just space to be with yourself and others as the year winds down.
Guided by slows' four pillars—Body, Mind, Emotion, Social—we'll move through practices that help you process the year holistically: not just what you accomplished, but what you felt, who held you, and what your body went through.
You'll leave feeling grounded, lighter, and ready to close 2025 with intention.
What we'll do together:
Arrival & Grounding
Wintery tea, snacks, and a connection practice to ease you into the evening. Each person receives a reflection prompt—find others, complete the questions together, and arrive fully present.
BODY: Breath & Release
A guided meditation to land in your body. Gentle movement and breathing to physically release what you're carrying.
MIND: The Year in Thoughts
Reflection and journaling about the thoughts that shaped your year, followed by a sharing circle in small groups.
EMOTION: The Feelings Map
Exploring the emotional landscape of your year. Practice honouring difficult emotions without trying to fix them.
SOCIAL: The People Who Held You
Who showed up for you this year? Gratitude practice for the relationships that mattered.
Closing Ritual
A symbolic practice to mark the transition together.

About the evening:
This gathering is co-hosted by Robyn (ICF-certified coach, facilitator, and EQ trainer) and Patricia, founder of slows, Germany's first mental health gym.
The work that both Robyn and Patricia do is connected by the shared belief that care can be both personal and collective, and that true wellness happens in connection with others, not in isolation.
Together, we're creating an evening that honours the whole of who you are—not just what you achieved, but what you felt, who you became, and what you're ready to release.
