O primeiro módulo do Framework MELLA dos 5 C's. Contexto: entender o sistema, o viés estrutural e a síndrome do impostor — para passares de "eu não pertenço aqui" para "eu conheço as regras do jogo."
Uma base comum para todas as sessões de mentoria a seguir.
