Our Place, Our Stories: An evening of storytelling
The pre-conference and conference are separate ticketed events. You do not need to be attending the conference to join us here. You can purchase your tickets here or on our Conference website.
An Evening of Place-Based Stories & Poetry
Every place has a story. And every story has a place.
As we head into UXHICon 2026, whose theme is MOʻOLELO, we're kicking things off with an evening centered on the stories that connect us to place: the neighborhoods that raised us, the places where we found belonging, the homes that shaped us, and the places that live on in memory.
Think Moth StorySLAM meets local slam poetry, with real stories, original poems, and creative perspectives. Come gather, mingle, have a drink, and experience the power of storytelling through the places that have shaped who we are.
Come for the stories. Come for the connection.
