We're taking Operations Nation ON Tour - because while our online community is global, ops can feel a little lonely where you are.
So...let's fix that.
Join us for our first Ops Leaders Social in Cambridge!
Organised by our brilliant community member Jessica Meyer, Operations Manager at Ignota Labs (thanks, Jess! 🙌), with support from the ON team 💙
This is a no-agenda, good-vibes-only evening, to meet other people who actually get what you do - the ones juggling chaos, making things work behind the scenes, and quietly holding our companies together.
We'd love to see familiar Operations Nation faces, and also anyone joining us for the first time.
Who it's for:
Operations leaders (COOs, Heads of Ops, Operations Directors, Operations Managers - and everyone doing the role without the title. We see you.)
Founders wearing multiple ops hats and wondering when to hire their first ops person. (Hint: sooner than you think. Maybe you’ll meet them here.)
What to expect:
Good conversations with people who speak your language
A friendly crowd to connect with (no weird networking energy, promise!)
Optional connection prompts if you don't love starting conversations
