About the Organizer
Employed.world is community of 80+ hiring managers, mentors, coaches, and job seekers in UX and product in Berlin/Germany. Over the past 1.5 we have hosted in-person 75+ events in Berlin (mostly), Hamburg & London to create safe space for over 3000+ job seekers, professionals and mentor-minded leaders in UX & Tech.
We know it's hard to navigate the job market and we wish to change that.
No matter if you are a junior, mid-level, senior, new manager, or even a leader. Imposter syndrome, self-doubts, and often a lack of support are among the many hurdles one faces. On the other hand, we have so many professionals in UX and Product including working professionals, seniors, and mentors who would be happy to share their experiences and help someone in need. So we are attempting to increase the interaction between these two groups through our events.
