This is a Free Live Mini Workshop to introduce you to our upcoming workshop below. In this mini workshop you will get to experience a taste of what we will dive into live in person on 5/22. One person in this workshop will get live spot-coaching on an issue they want help speaking up for by an expert speaking and performance coach and a child and family therapist of 15 years! Those who cannot join live will get a recording. Join us for transformation!
Description of our in-person workshop on 5/22
a 90-minute experiential workshop for neurodivergent, trans, and outside-the-box families, and any parent who finds themselves needing to advocate with judgy in-laws, co-parents, or teachers who just don’t get it.
sometimes you know what you want to say… but in the moment, it comes out reactive, tangled, or not at all.
this workshop is a space to practice being the self-assured parent you already are—in your body, in your voice, and in real-life situations. in this workshop, you will:
feel more grounded and confident in your parenting
practice finding and using your voice in challenging moments
move from reactive responses → clear, embodied communication
get to rehearse real situations you’re currently facing • be supported by a warm, inclusive community that celebrates courage what makes this workshop different - this is not just a discussion, it’s experiential and practice-based.
you’ll:
work in pairs to explore real parenting challenges
try out both your “reactive” and your grounded, aligned voice
receive simple, powerful coaching tools you can use immediately
witness and participate in live role-play with group support (with a touch of playfulness, yes, there may be a crown and a villain) who this is for
parents who feel outside the “norm” (nd, trans, creative, working parents)
parents navigating misunderstanding, judgment, or conflict
anyone who wants to feel more steady, clear, and self-trusting in how they show up details
